PASSENGER - SOLO EXHIBITION

This body of work reflects themes of travel which are a major influence.  Driving; motorways; airports; the views of and through the clouds whilst flying, "cloudscapes" are all images you will see through the exhibition.

Part of my focus has been to develop my painting skill to a level that it brings these themes to life.

I am a traditionalist.  Technical ability is important to me.  Many people may feel that painting has become redundant in this digital world but for me, that is part of its charm.  For me, painting is both rewarding and challenging and it is through this medium I choose to describe being immersed in a moment in time.
